ALERT: Text Message Scam

We have been alerted to a text message scam that is targeting a number of financial institutions. The message threatens to deactivate the user’s card if they do not reply with their card number, expiration date and ATM PIN. To protect our members and the community, it is not our practice to request this private information.

If you have been targeted and have provided private information, please report your card as stolen to the Card Hotline at 866-333-4740.

-The message is texted from 309-868-2083.
-The message threatens that cards will be de-activated and members need to return the call to 231-833-0001 to reactivate.
