Marketing Manager

Lead the overall marketing efforts of the credit union, including the development of print, online, and multimedia materials, overseeing and participating as a member of the Marketing Team, and management and consistent use of credit union brand. Assist with the formulation and implementation of the credit union’s
strategic plan. Direct Student-Run Credit Union operations. Contribute to building and sustaining the credit union’s reputation for quality, reliability, and member satisfaction.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Three years of related experience in marketing and/or communications, required.
  • Previous leadership experience, required.
  • Previous experience working with analyzing data and using results to promote decision making, preferred.
  • Experience with design programs, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small and large groups.
  • Accurate, detailed self-starter who can exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions.
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills, and the flexibility and determination to handle deadlines and a wide variety of duties each day.
  • Ability to take initiative in recommending/making changes to improve efficiencies.

Marketing Specialist

This position is responsible for promoting credit union products and services, assisting the Marketing Manager with all areas of communication, and promoting a positive image. Also, supporting the Student-Run Credit Union (SRCU) program by assisting in the development, maintenance, and growth. Perform general office support functions as necessary. Education, Experience, and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • One to two years related experience in marketing and/or communications, preferred.
  • Accurate, detailed self-starter who can exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions.
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills, and the flexibility and determination to handle deadlines and a wide variety of duties each day.
  • Ability to take initiative in recommending/making changes to improve efficiencies.
  • Attentive to detail and well organized.
  • Excellent listening, clear verbal, and professional written communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in public.

Member Service Representative (Teller)

Responsible for assisting TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” As well as provide excellent member service and perform transactional duties by receiving and/or paying out funds with accuracy, effectively communicating with internal and external members in accordance with the credit union’s service standards, and promoting credit union products and services.

Education and Experience

  • Customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience, preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer and technology abilities.

Serving our community is a part of the mission at TBA Credit Union. In 2021, our staff volunteered 1,573 hours. Each full-time employee is provided a paid volunteer day to work with the organization of their choice and give back.
