Consumer Lender, Full Time

We have an opening in our Consumer Loan Center for a  Consumer Lender I. This position is expected to provide excellent member service to credit union members and potential members, answer questions and process consumer loan requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring confidence and accountability. Additionally, build trusted relationships through financial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to members/non-members courteously and professionally across all communication channels.
• Process and complete consumer loan inquiries, including credit cards.
• Build trusted relationships by assessing needs and recommending financial solutions.
• Pro-actively offer additional products and services.
• Maintain comprehensive credit report knowledge to assist with credit improvement.
