Branch Leader
The primary purpose of this position is to assist TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” A key component of this service is to identify members’ needs and provide appropriate TBACU product solutions which ultimately helps grow the credit union. To adequately and effectively serve members and TBACU team members by providing prompt and accurate financial data and maintaining financial security.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONSÂ

- Participate on committees and special projects.
- Build relationships with key individuals including members of area chambers of commerce, service organizations and nonprofit groups to help influence growth of credit union.

Consumer Lender I
The primary purpose of this position is to assist TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” A key component of this service is to identify members’ needs and provide appropriate TBACU product solutions which ultimately helps grow the credit union. To adequately and effectively serve members and TBACU’s staff by providing prompt and accurate financial data and maintaining financial security.

- Working knowledge of e-services including online banking/mobile app and e-sign.
- Understanding of State and Federal loan regulations, policies, and procedures.
Underwriter
The primary purpose of this position is to assist TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” A key component of this service is to identify members’ needs and provide appropriate TBACU product solutions which ultimately helps grow the credit union. To adequately and effectively serve members and TBACU’s team members by providing prompt and accurate financial data and maintaining financial security. Provide excellent member service to credit union members and potential members. Review and analyze consumer direct, consumer indirect, and small business loan applications making sound lending decisions based on Federal Regulations, standardized operating
procedures and Board approved policies. Mentor consumer loan originators to promote consistency. Build trusted relationships through financial recommendations. Assist with maintaining specialty loan partnerships.

Volunteering in the Community
Serving our community is a part of the mission at TBA Credit Union. In 2025, our staff volunteered 2,046.05 hours. Each full-time employee is provided a paid volunteer day to work with the organization of their choice and give back.
