4th Quarter’s Featured Non-Profit
During October, November, and December 2026, new memberships support: Grand Traverse Industries (GTI).
For more than 50 years, GTI has created paychecks and smiles through job training, employment opportunities, and day programs that foster independence and inclusion for people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities across Northwest Michigan.
GTI supports our community by providing:
- Day programming and habilitation services tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Community-based employment opportunities through partnerships with local businesses.
- Services that foster independence, confidence, and a greater quality of life for people with disabilities.
When you join TBACU this quarter, your membership helps support GTI’s mission to fiercely advocate, strengthen and advance the dignity and opportunities of people with disabilities, through services and employment.

How it works
- Become a Member (YOU JOIN) – It only takes a few minutes! Stop by a branch, schedule an appointment for in-person, phone, or video, or apply to become a member online.
- No Lifetime Membership Fee (WE GIVE) –There is no membership fee to join TBACU. Instead, TBACU will make a donation directly to the nonprofit we’re supporting this quarter. All you need is a minimum deposit of $5 into a TBACU Members Savings Account.
- Nonprofit Selection – Each quarter, our team members vote on a local nonprofit to receive these donations.
