During every quarter in 2026, we will partner with an organization that makes a real impact—because together, we can make a difference.
To open your Membership Savings Account and become a member, all you need is a minimum deposit of $5.

During April, May, and June 2026, your membership supports: The Father Fred Foundation
Based right here in our community, The Father Fred Foundation is dedicated to helping neighbors in need by providing essential resources and support that promote dignity, stability, and hope. Their work ensures individuals and families have access to the basics they need to get through challenging times.
The Father Fred Foundation supports our neighbors by providing:
- Food Pantry and food outreach programs delivering food directly to schools and preschools
- Clothing and personal care items
- Household essentials
- Financial assistance and support for individuals and families facing hardship
When you choose TBACU, We’ll donate $10 directly to The Father Fred Foundation, turning your membership into meaningful, local impact for those who need it most.
How It Works
- Become a Member (YOU JOIN) – It only takes a few minutes! Stop by a branch, schedule an appointment for in-person, phone, or video, or apply for membership online.
- No Lifetime Membership Fee (WE GIVE) –There is no membership fee to join TBACU. Instead, TBACU will make a donation directly to the nonprofit we’re supporting this quarter. All you need is a minimum deposit of $5 into a TBACU Members Savings Account.
- Nonprofit Selection – Each quarter, our team members vote on a local nonprofit to receive these donations.

Thanks to our new members, first quarter’s You Join. We Give. donations added up to $4,220 in support of Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA)-helping fund essential programs that strengthen families and individuals across Northern Michigan. Thank you for your membership!
